Largely useless, and definitely not worth the price. Book measures 5.5 inches by 3.5 inches and is largely unreadable. It is smaller than other pocket texts such as Tarascon's Pharmacopoeia or the Sanford Guide, and text, tables, and most figures can only be read with a magnifying glass. Impractical. Plus information is often common sense and/or dogma, without much proof of evidence base. Could be useful as a quick consult but looks like something written by academics divorced from practical purpose (for example. 24 question checklist for each return visit for women using oral contraceptive pills). Cover claims 1,085,000 in circulation..... that could only be possible if they are given away as part of some NGO Family Planning program for developing countries, and so on.
Great pocket resource for providers.
Well organized but the book's a little small and has a tendency to get misplaced.
This book is all that I expected and then some. It is all inclusive and the information is easily accessible.
